About the Role

Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving BPO success. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing BPO projects, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.

  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including BPO specialists, technical experts, and client stakeholders.

  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement necessary adjustments to ensure project success.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.

  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within scope and budget.

  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, facilitating skill development and growth.

  • Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within the BPO industry.

  • Strong understanding of BPO processes, best practices, and industry trends.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
