About the Role
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving BPO success. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing BPO projects, ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones.
Lead cross-functional teams, including BPO specialists, technical experts, and client stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within scope and budget.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, facilitating skill development and growth.
Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within the BPO industry.
Strong understanding of BPO processes, best practices, and industry trends.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
