About the Role

Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and skilled Team Leader with a passion for leadership and BPO excellence. The Team Leader will play a vital role in supervising and guiding BPO specialists, ensuring operational success, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of BPO specialists, providing direction, support, and mentorship.

  • Ensure team members adhere to established processes, quality standards, and performance metrics.

  • Monitor and assess team performance, providing timely feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and prioritize work to ensure efficient project execution.

  • Act as a point of contact for team members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes creativity, teamwork, and growth.

  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement strategies to enhance team productivity.

  • Develop and conduct training programs to onboard new team members and enhance skill sets.

  • Lead regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and align goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a leadership role within the BPO industry.

  • Strong understanding of BPO processes, best practices, and industry trends.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in using BPO-related tools, software, and systems.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best performance.

  • PMP or other relevant leadership certification is a plus.
